How to Brew GABA Tea

For the best experience, brew GABA tea using the gongfu cha method:

• Teaware: Gaiwan (100–150ml) or glass teapot
• Tea-to-Water Ratio: 5–7g per 100ml
• Water Temperature: 185–195°F (85–90°C)
• Steeping Time: 30–60 sec, increasing slightly with each infusion (up to 6–8 steeps)

Tasting Notes: Smooth, fruity, and slightly tart with notes of ripe banana, dried fruit, and a calming, mellow finish.
