How to Brew High-Grade Longjing (Dragon Well) Tea

For the best experience, brew Longjing using the gongfu cha or traditional method:

• Teaware: Glass or porcelain teapot, or a tall glass
• Tea-to-Water Ratio: 3–5g per 150ml
• Water Temperature: 175–185°F (80–85°C)
