How to Brew Osmanthus Milk Oolong
For the best experience, brew Osmanthus Milk Oolong using the gongfu cha method:
- Teaware: Gaiwan (100–150ml) or porcelain teapot
- Tea-to-Water Ratio: 5–7g per 100ml
- Water Temperature: 185–195°F (85–90°C)
- Steeping Time: Start with 20–30 sec, increasing slightly with each infusion (up to 6–8 steeps)
