How to Brew Jasmine Pekoe Green Tea

For the best experience, brew Jasmine Pekoe using the gongfu cha or traditional method:

• Teaware: Porcelain teapot, gaiwan, or glass cup
• Tea-to-Water Ratio: 3–5g per 150ml
• Water Temperature: 175–185°F (80–85°C)
• Steeping Time: 30–60 sec for the first steep, increasing slightly with each infusion (up to 3–5 steeps)
